The use of our website and our services means that you accept the following terms and conditions and privacy, which are legally binding. Please make sure you read and understand these terms and conditions.
MARVO FOODS GUARANTEE
Each food product is made of natural ingredients, if any of these lovingly handmade products are not to your satisfaction, we will refund you, any monies paid. We do ask that if you need to return any goods we would require its original packaging for testing. Please inspect the goods on delivery and ensure that your claim for the refund is in within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
PAYMENTS
We can accept payment secure online PayPal or via credit/debit card payment. In which we can accept the majority of major credit/debit cards.
DELIVERY
Once your goods are ordered, they will be delivered by a reputable courier company. We offer a promotional free delivery for our foods service. We deliver Monday to Friday during week day only, deliveries take place from morning till 4.00pm roughly. We need time to process your order, therefore Orders placed between 9am and 3.00pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The products will be delivered the very next day between 9am and 4.00pm. As the foods are frozen, they will be delivered in a polystyrene box packaged with dry ice, this ensures that the food will stay frozen for a while. Please ensure that there is someone available to accept delivery, or state at the time of ordering another address where the delivery can be made. We can deliver in mainland UK, Scotland and Ireland, foods intended for the Isle of Wight, Guernsey etc., we would ask you to call our office on 0203-8374899 as a small delivery charge may occur.
CANCELLATION
You as a customer are in your rights to cancel any orders you have placed, this must be done within 1 hour after you have placed an order, this can be done by email - info@marvobabyfoods.co.uk or telephone. We will refund any payments you have made.
OUR LIABILITY
Marvo Foods and Eubank Foods are prepared handmade using the best natural ingredients. Each little pot will have the storage and heating instructions on the labels. Please follow the instructions so that your baby/child can enjoy the full flavour and taste.
Marvo Foods products are in the first stages of baby foods which is stage 1, which means from the age of 6 -12
months plus, as a guideline to what age you can start to wean your child.
Eubank Foods are suitable for all children to eat between the age of 2 - 8 years old. As a guideline as to what age you can feed your child.
No liability will be accepted by the company for any delay in performance of the contract, or failure to perform our obligations if in any circumstances following the act of God, War, Acts of Terrorism, Fire Strike, Riots, or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control in such an unfortunate events.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Please email me at info@marvobabyfoods.co.uk we will endeavour to deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
You can call or email any questions you may have, if any problems out of hours from 9.00am - 5.30pm (except weekends/public holidays), you may leave a return number and message which will be dealt with.
PERSONAL DETAILS
We take your security very seriously and therefore we do not and will not pass on your details about you to any other persons not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by the law. The only exception to this is when we take steps to confirm security of a debit/credit card transaction. Please note that the delivery information will be disclosed to a courier service, including your contact telephone number.
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to:
1. Modify, change, substitute or remove any item without prior warning, on the website.
2. Change Prices, goods and availability of products at anytime.
3. Amend these terms and conditions without notice.
4. Access to this Website may be temporarily and without notice in case of system failure
maintenance, or repairs or for any other reason beyond our control. We shall not be
liable for any costs you may incur.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions constitute to the fullest extent permitted by law, the whole of our agreement between you and the company is with regard to the Website and the service.
